Danny has over 20 years' experience of providing stock transfer services to small cap public companies, having previously owned and managed Stock Transfer Company of America Inc which was a USA based transfer agent registered with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. He has been a merchant banker for over 40 years, and has expertise in creating, investing and managing small public companies in Canada, the USA and the UK. He has created 6 CSE listed public companies and that background provides Reliable clients with the comfort of knowing that the key Reliable management has personal experience in dealing with any and all stock transfer activity that might be required of CSE and GXG listed public companies
Mark Wettreich - President
Mark Wettreich is President of Reliable. HE is also CEO of KYC Technology Inc, owners of a worldwide online 24-hour "Know Your Customer" identification verification process, and Vice President of Churchill Venture Capital LP, a USA private equity firm. Previously, he was Chief of Staff at Liquid Networx Inc., a telecommunications management company, and President of European Art Gallery, fine art dealers in London, England and Dallas, Texas. He is a BA graduate of the University of Texas.
Gary Johnston - Vice President
Gary Johnston, is Vice President of Reliable. He deals with all operational aspects including acting as a Scrutineer at Annual and Special Meetings of shareholders, as well as shareholder and client relations. Gary is a former investment advisor with Canaccord Capital and a lawyer with 25 years’ experience. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from University of British Columbia, and is a Barrister-at-Law in Ontario. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto, and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst and Canadian Securities courses.
